What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember information about your visit. They're used for things like keeping you logged in, remembering preferences, or tracking how you interact with a site.

Cookies on this website

At present, fortunesage.app uses no non-essential cookies. We have not implemented:

• Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics
• Advertising or remarketing cookies
• Social media tracking pixels
• Heatmap or session recording tools

If we add any of these in the future, we'll update this page, show a cookie consent banner where required by UK law (PECR), and give you the choice to accept or decline before any non-essential cookies are set.

The FortuneSage mobile app

The mobile app does not use cookies. It uses:

• Secure local storage: for your session token, app PIN (hashed), and preferences. Stored in your device's secure keychain (iOS) or encrypted shared preferences (Android).
• Push notification tokens: if you enable notifications, your device generates a token that we store on our servers so we can send notifications to your device.

Browser-based controls

Even though we don't set tracking cookies, you can always control cookies generally through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:

• Block all cookies
• Block third-party cookies only
• Delete existing cookies
• Get notified when a cookie is being set

Changes to this policy

If we change how cookies are used on FortuneSage, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date. For material changes that affect tracking or third-party data sharing, we'll also display a notice on the website.
